There are three ways to delete data from Tony, depending on who you are. What is kept and for how long is in the privacy policy.

1. You contacted a dealer on WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram or TikTok

The dealer is responsible for your conversation and can delete it in the app; asking the dealer is fastest. You can also write to privacy@trytony.co.il with the dealer’s name and the phone number or username you wrote from. We will pass the request to the dealer, help it delete, and update you within 30 days.

2. You are a dealer

• Delete a conversation: from the conversation’s menu in the app. Its messages, photos, voice notes and the customer’s profile picture are deleted. Messages older than 30 days are already in the archive, and are deleted there by the automatic deletion after 24 months.
• Disconnect a channel: in Settings, Connections. The access keys are deleted on our side, and Tony stops receiving the Page’s or the WhatsApp account’s messages. You can also remove Tony in your Facebook settings, under Business Integrations.
• Delete the whole account: write to privacy@trytony.co.il from the account’s email. We will confirm with you and delete within 30 days. If you want a copy of the data first, say so in the same email. We will send it within 30 days, and delete only then.

3. What is deleted with an account

• The business, team, inventory, conversations, customers and their requests, settings and connections.
• All files: car photos, logo, and media from conversations.
• The business’s message archive.
• The connection to the Facebook Page and the WhatsApp account, so Meta stops sending us messages.

Copies in backups are deleted within 90 days. Messages archived before November 2026 are kept in files shared by several businesses, and are deleted by the automatic deletion after 24 months. A team member’s account left without a business is deleted after 30 days.

4. You left your details on this site

Enquiries from the demo chat and the form are deleted after 12 months. To delete sooner, write to privacy@trytony.co.il with the phone number you left.
